La ruta de Elsa tuvo una primera semana fenomenal. En La Enea, voluntarios Harrison y Jordan han estado divirtiéndose bastante durante los campamentos educativos. In La Enea, volunteers Harrison and Jordan have been having tons of fun during their educational campamentos. En Purio las voluntarias Hayley, Abby, y Eva tuvieron su reunion comunitaria y fue un gran éxito! Muchos miembros de la comunidad vinieron a compartir sus ideas y las niñas hablaron un español muy bueno. In Purio, volunteers Hayley, Abby, and Eva had their community meeting and it was a huge success. They had a great turn out of community members come share their ideas. The girls held the entire meeting in Spanish! En Perales los voluntarios Miguel Angel y Jose ya se sienten en casa con su familia anfitriona. Han conocido a casi toda la comunidad y ya tienen su idea para el proyecto comunitario. In Perales, volunteers Miguel Angel and Jose already feel right at home with their host families. They have met virtually everyone and already have their idea ready to go for their Community Based Initiative (project). En Santa Isabel voluntarias Brittany y Roxana me han dejado realmente impresionada. Ya han tenido varios campamentos, ayudan con los estudios de los niños en la escuela, y están a punto de empezar un subefundos para su proyecto. Volunteers Brittany and Roxana in Santa Isabel have truly impressed me this week. They have already had several campamentos, help the local kids in school to set up plays, and are about to start their very first fundraiser for their project.
