Here at the Chimborazo project we have been busy bees making sure everything is in order before participants arrive.
Senior Leadership hit the ground running on June 1st and started things off with a bang meeting with the local partner agency, PLAN, and the jumping right in to training five AMIGOS participants from Ecuador. Shortly thereafter the six project supervisors arrived eager and ready to get started.
After a few days of in-country logistics and training, supervisors began their initial prepping processes.
Supervisors have been working hard making sure the participants arrive to warm welcomes and smooth transitioning. They had a great time visiting communities, meeting local youth and spending time with host families. We can’t wait for participants to arrive!
