The La Sierra volunteers have officially arrived!! They are already learning about food sustainability, life on a farm, and the different methods of agriculture from the staff at the beautiful Granja Learnaya. This week, they will engage in Spanish classes, visit the beautiful botanical gardens of Cuenca, and hike through the alluring Cajas National Park. Let the festivities begin!
Los voluntarios de La Sierra han llegado oficialmente!! Ya están aprendiendo sobre la sostenibilidad alimentaria, la vida en una granja y los diferentes métodos de agricultura del staff de la hermosa Granja Learnaya. Esta semana, participarán en clases de español, visitarán los hermosos jardines botánicos de Cuenca y caminarán por el atractivo Parque Nacional Cajas. ¡Que comience las fiestas!
