AMIGOS was featured in the Wall Street Journal on January 30, 2021.

The article focuses on opportunities for teens to study, live, and volunteer in Costa Rica this year and mentions our Gap Semester in Costa Rica. This year, AMIGOS designed programs that give students the opportunity to connect across cultures and learn from people across the Americas who are taking action in their communities. Bay Area Director Krista Boscoe says that even though our programs have a different model this year, students still learn “how to be positive makers of change in their community.”
