This past week, the AMIGOS Palmares supervisors visited all of the 28 communities our participants will be staying in! Check out some of the things our supervisors had to say about their experiences below:
“All the communities were filled with loving and excited people. It warms my heart to meet the beautiful families the volunteers will be joining for the month.”

“Survey was a really amazing experience. All of the communities were organized and excited to receive volunteers. Many already have ideas for their projects and can’t wait to get started once the volunteers arrived. After every community all I could think was “wow these volunteers are so lucky to get to live here for a month!” I’m really looking forward to the volunteers arriving and getting to introduce them to these amazing communities and host families.”

¡La semana pasada, los supervisores de AMIGOS Palmares visitaron todas las 28 comunidades en las que nuestros participantes se quedarán! Echa un vistazo a algunas de las cosas que nuestros supervisores tenían que decir acerca de sus experiencias a continuación:

Después de cada complejo de todo lo que podría pensar fue “wow estos voluntarios son tan afortunados de llegar a vivir aquí para disfrutar de un mes!” Estoy deseando que los voluntarios lleguen y lleguen a presentarles a estas increíbles comunidades y familias de acogida”.
