For ten of the communities on our project, their last day was spent competing in San Juan in the second volleyball tournament. The hard work of our participants and their communities was obvious throughout the day. Hours of practice made the games competitive and exciting to watch. More importantly, hours of time spent together made the teams close-knit and supportive. There was always cheering on the sidelines, conversations in the stands, and the goodbyes at the tournament were heartfelt.

A big shout-out to our champions, Noria Vieja, our second-place team, Guaybo, and our third-place team, La Ceiba! We would also like to thank Plan Internacional for their constant support throughout the tournament and the project. Finally, thank you to our entire group of Block A participants for their hard work, dedication and enthusiasm!
