A VIEW FROM PACUARE RIVER LODGE

The first thing you notice about Costa Rica is not the heat nor the humidity (although those are both very prominent), but the beauty of nature. It is said that Costa Rica is one of the prettiest countries in the Americas, and I can definitely say that it is the most beautiful place I have visited. I will try to paint the scene for you all.
We are staying in the Pacuare River Lodge, which is on the side of a hill above the Pacuare River. The river is very beautiful. Additionally, there are many species of tropical plants here, including various types of palms, red and yellow flowers, and a group of pineapple plants. The climate in this place is very nice. There is a lot of sun and humidity during the day, when it can be very hot, and the nights are rainy and a bit cool.
At dawn, you can hear the unique calls of strange birds. For example, we have already seen two species of toucans. We have yet to see any sloths, but there are groups of horses and cows along the trail between our lodge and the road. (There’s also a tarantula here, but don’t worry; Fred is friendly.)
We all love the nature here. It’s very relaxing. Moreover, the tropical climate is very different from what we experience in the United States, especially during the winter. For my part, I enjoy going for walks and watching the river in its beautiful power. I am very grateful to be in Costa Rica with its natural beauty and a group of friendly people.
LA VISTA DESDE PACUARE RIVER LODGE
La primera cosa que uno nota de Costa Rica no es el calor, ni la humedad (aunque esas son muy sobre salientes), es la belleza de la naturaleza. Se ha dicho que Costa Rica es uno de los países más lindos de las Américas. Puedo decir definitivamente que sí es el lugar más bello que yo he visitado. Intentaré pintar la escena para ustedes.
Nos estamos quedando en el Pacuare River Lodge. Se encuentra en una loma encima del Rio Pacuare. El río es muy lindo. Además, hay tantas especies de plantas tropicales aquí, incluyendo varios tipos de palmas, flores rojas y amarillas, y un grupo de plantas de piña. El clima en este lugar es tan bello. Hay mucho sol y humedad en los días, y puede hacer mucho calor, y las noches son lluviosas y un poco frescas. En la madrugada, uno puede oír el canto de pájaros únicos. Por ejemplo, ya hemos vista dos especies de tucán. Todavía no hemos visto ningún perezoso, pero hay grupos de vacas y caballos al lado de la carretera entre nuestro lugar de hospedaje y la calle. (También hay una tarántula, pero no se preocupen, Fres es muy amable.)
A nosotros nos encanta la naturaleza aquí. Es muy relajante. Además, el clima tropical es muy diferente a lo que experimentamos en los Estados Unidos, especialmente durante el invierno. Por mi parte, disfruto de ir a caminar y disfrutar el río y mirar su poder hermoso. Estoy muy agradecide de estar en Costa Rica con la naturaleza bella y un grupo de personas amables.
